Harmonic Flow – August 24, 6-8 pm

A tranquil two-part experience that begins with restorative Yin Yoga poolside to gently open the body and calm the mind. Then, drift into deep relaxation with a Floating Sound Meditation in the water — where vibrations wash over you and serenity sinks in. Let go, float freely, and align with the rhythm of your inner self.
